How can I add a job ad from Recrur to CV-Online?

If you have started using Recrur, it is reasonable to add all job ads to the job portals through Recrur. This is because you will receive all the candidates from the various portals directly to Recrur and there is no need to go through several channels to see which candidates have applied.

In order to add your job ad to CV-Online, you must first:

- have a valid account in cv.ee environment to add jobads

- inform us that you wish an integration so that we can open it from our side as well

We will let you know once the integration is opened and you can start with the next steps!

Now you need to take the following steps in order for the integration to work: (this is a one-time activity that won't need to be done afterwards anymore)

1. Log in to Recrur and go to SETTINGS (click on your name in the top bar and select "Settings")

2. From the left menu select "Job settings" -> "Integrations" 

Here is a list of all CV-Online partners with whom you have said you wanted to open an integration (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).

! In order to be able to fill in the "Employer ID" and "API key" values, you need to go to your CV-Online account.

            2.1 In the cv.ee environment, go to the company settings - there you will get the API key

            2.2 Under Company Settings, you can also take these 4 numbers from the browser's URL bar - this is the Employer ID that you can enter in the Recrur Employer ID field 

Once you have saved these values, you can start adding job ads to the CV-Online environment via Recur.

Write to support@recrur.com with which daughter account names you want to open the integration. The names of the accounts forwarded to us should be the same as in CV-Online, so that future work is clear and understandable:

Integrations must then be connected in Recruit. In each daughter account, there is an open Employer ID and API key field in Recrur, which must be filled in according to the information in CV-Online.

1. select the account you want to connect

2. go to Company settings under the account and select API key from the menu on the left and add it to the cell of the account with the same name in Recrur

3. copy the Employer ID code from the CV-Online URL link and copy it into the Employer ID field of Recrur
