How to add agreement (GDPR) email templates?

In order to send an email to a candidate that includes a request for renewal of agreement, a special email template must first be created.

To do this, go to SETTINGS -> EMAILS -> EMAIL TEMPLATES and select "New email template"

Then you have to create a letter with the content that you would like to send to the candidates if you want them to extend their agreement. For example:

NB! It is important that the "Template for DPA extension" check box is selected. This way, it can be used in the right context later when sending a letter.

Such e-mail must also include a reference <DPA_LINK> - in such a place within the text where you want the consent extension link to be. The link will be automatically added by the system when you start sending out the renewal letter.
