How to create meeting invitations?

To set the appointment time in the calendar (MS Outlook or GMail), we recommend using the TO-DO functionality.

1. Select TO-DO from the top menu bar.

2. Select New event

3. Add meeting details, meeting participants and Save meeting.

The invitation is automatically added to the Gmail calendar.

When adding an appointment to your Outlook calendar, you must first accept it. The following video shows in more detail:
