How to download data from Recrur?

Data can be downloaded from Recrur by selecting Export/Download from the right menu bar under Settings. A selection will then open, where you can choose the data that is suitable for you to download. The files are downloaded as an Excel file.
1. If you want to send all the data in one file, then tick all the categories whose data you want to download, and click Export now.
2. If you want to receive categories as different files, export them one by one as separate files.
