How to evaluate candidates in Recrur?

Candidate evaluation is available to all users - admin role, recruiter role and client role. The easiest way to evaluate candidates is to do it under a specific job, where all candidates who have applied are displayed.

To give an assessment, you must first go to the job view and select a suitable job from there to evaluate the candidates who have applied.

The job view will open and all candidates who have applied for the job will be displayed.

A field is displayed for each candidate, where you can choose the appropriate rating on a scale of 1-10.

In the evaluation view, the evaluation given by you is displayed first, and then the evaluations given by colleagues. Based on the evaluations of all parties, an average evaluation is calculated for the candidate, which is displayed as a number marked in yellow.

If all parties have rated the candidates, it is possible to set a ranking by sorting out the candidates based on an increasing or decreasing rating. This can be done by moving to the "Sort" option, and by selecting a suitable parameter from there, the candidates will be displayed sequentially.


If you are marked as an evaluator, you can evaluate candidates and you will only see those candidates to whom admin user or recruiter user have given you the right to evaluate! If you are marked as an viewer, you can only view candidates profile and documents, you can not evaluate candidates or write comments!
