The search function is convenient to use when you want to locate a specific candidate or find a person from your candidate database who is suitable for a particular position. You can search by both the candidate's name and various keywords. For example, you can search for individuals based on the information in their CV files, such as previous work experience, and more.

Candidate search can be performed from the "Candidates" view:

by typing the relevant keyword/name in the search field:

When you activate the search field, you can choose precisely what you want to search from: General Info, Comments, and/or Document Content. Then, enter your search keyword in the top field.

  • General Info: Data that is on the candidate's profile (such as the candidate's name, email, location, gender, referee, etc.)
  • Comments: The search also takes place within the comments located on the candidate's profile. This means that if a particular word has been used in comments about a candidate, you can find that candidate by searching for that word.
  • Documents: The search also extends to the content within the documents located on the candidate's profile. For instance, if a candidate's profile includes a CV file, the search will also include the text within that CV file.

Using the face filters helps you quickly find suitable (verified or qualified for your company) candidates in the Recrur system. You can mark candidates with a green or red label based on their suitability when they apply. 🟢🔴

If a candidate to whom you have already given a "red" label applies again, you can quickly mark them as unsuitable without having to review their documents again. With "green" candidates, you can create a talent pool because these are candidates who potentially fit your company in the long term.

Example of use - searching for all previous Product Manager candidates in Recrur:

Enter "product manager" in the search bar and use the face filters to find the desired candidates. This way, you can immediately get a list of qualified candidates who meet your search criteria.

Filtering provides an opportunity to select candidates according to consents:

Consent not given - the candidate has not given consent to data storage when applying through the Recrur application form

Last given more than - Consent given more than during the time period selected from the drop-down menu when applying through Recrur.

Extending the consent - Renewal of consent has not been sent to the candidate from Recrur

Sent more than - From Recrur, the consent extension letter has been sent more than during the time period selected from the drop-down menu.

E-mail address - the candidate has not provided his/hers e-mail address.

Talent bank cinsent - the candidate has given consent to store data in the Recrur talent bank and to make further job offers.

All consents can be created from the Consent category under settings.
