How to send emails through Recrur?

It is possible to send an e-mail through Recrur in several different ways.
1. Option - from the upper menu bar of Recrur at any necessary moment:
Clicking on the envelope icon at the top right will open the following view:
The "Compose new" button takes the user to the view for composing a new e-mail.
From this left bar, you can also view e-mails you have already sent or are waiting to be sent ("Sent", "Pending" and "Archived")
2. Option - directly from the candidate's profile, in this case the recipient of the e-mail is already marked with the e-mail of this particular candidate.
3. Option - From the job profile, if you have selected several candidates (in this case, the e-mail is sent to the selected candidates at the same time):
4. Option - Along with adding a phase to the candidate/candidates:
The next steps are:
1. If you wish, you can use a template to compose an e-mail.
2. Choose whether you want the e-mail to be sent immediately or in the future. If you want to set it for the future, click on the "Not selected" link and select the day and time when you want the e-mail to be sent.
Fill in the rest of the fields - e-mail recipient, cc, bcc, subject and message. It is also possible to add attachments to an e-mail.
4. When you have entered all the desired information, press the "Send e-mail" button.
If you chose for the letter to be sent out immediately, it will be sent immediately. If you set the time for sending the letter to the future, you can still change the content of the letter (by selecting "E-mails" from the top menu and then the "Pending" section).
