Job approval round

In many organizations, the jobs and/or job advertisement must go through a so-called confirmation round - that is, there are one or more people who must confirm the need for the position, additional information about the job and/or the content/appearance of the job advertisement, before the job offer can be made public.
In Recrur, both recruiter and admin users can be approvers.
Creating a confirmation circle is easy, you need to do the following steps:
1. Create a (new) job
Depending on your organization and the work processes there, add all the necessary information to the job, which should be reviewed and confirmed by colleagues.
When everything necessary has been created and added, set the approvers for the contest:
2. Job approvers can be specified on the job profile:

If you start writing the name of the person who should approve the job in the "Add approver" field (this person must be a Recrur user admin or recruiter), the system will offer suitable users according to what you wrote:

To select a user, click on their name.
NB! The order of adding contest verifiers is important here! The person you add here first must and can confirm the job first. The following people on the list cannot get a chance, if the first person hasn't confirmed the job. Only then the possibility of approval goes to the next approver on the list.
If you have marked the approver(s) (in the correct order!), then you have to press the button "Send for approval"

If you have directed the job to be approved, it will look like this on the job profile:
Under the approvers there is a note "Approving" and there is also an option to cancel the approval round.

First the first user on the list will receive an e-mail:

Then he has to go review the job and decide if he wants to confirm or cancel it. If he approves it and multiple users are assigned to the approval circle, then the next person on the list will then receive an email saying their approval is pending. However, if he declines, the next person on the list will not receive the email.
