How to create a job in Recrur?

In order to be able to create a job advertisement through Recrur, it is first necessary to create a Recrur job. You can start adding job ads under the jobs (from different partners, e.g. CV-Online and CV Bankas) and all candidates from different application sources will gather under it.


The opening of the job is only internal to Recrur, and the information added there (except the name of the job) does not reach the job portal.


In order to create a new competition, you must:


1. Go to the "jobs" option in Recrur - all jobs for which you are the responsible person will be listed here.

2. Press the button "New job"

3. Then a new window will open:

Responsible person - the person responsible for the job. For this purpose, both the recruiter and the user in the admin role can be assigned.

If the desired person does not yet have a user in Recrur, read here how to create one for him!


If you appoint someone else (not yourself) as the person responsible for the job, it is important to add yourself as a team member of the given job in order to get an overview of the job.


Job name - when creating a job, the selection of the job name is important, because with the entered name, job advertisements will be uploaded to the CV-Online or CV Bankas or CV Market portal. Of course, this is only if you have integration with them and have created an ad specifically for these environments. 

All other fields are for internal company information.


The start and end date of the job - informative, i.e. when you start searching for a candidate in the company and when you approximately finish. Nothing else in Recrur directly depends on this date - when the end date arrives, the job advertisement(s) will still be active and the job will not "hide" somewhere.


Number of positions - once again informative, visible later on the job profile. Shows how many people are wanted for that particular position.


Contact e-mail - in general, notifications related to the job are sent to the e-mail of the user who is the responsible person and/or team member of the job. However, if there is a special e-mail related to the job (for example, to search for a software developer, developer@enterprise.com etc.) that does not directly belong to any (single) person, this is the place where such an address can be added. Then notifications (e.g. that a new candidate has been received for the competition) will be sent to this particular email.


Client - on the job opening form, this option means different departments/units of the company, and they must be entered in advance in the "Client" option of the main menu. If the Clients are entered into the system, the contact person's information will also come here with the client.


Work location - a free form description of the location (e.g. city or street or even the floor of a building, etc.). It also does not go anywhere on the job advertisement, but remains on the job profile as internal company information.


Video link - it is possible to add a video URL - once again only internal company information on the contest profile.


When all the information about the job has been added, press the button "Add additional details" and you will be redirected to a new page.


Add additional data - when filling in these fields, the entered information will automatically move to the fields of the manually added CV Online job advertisement. This means that if there is a need to create a CV Online job advertisement manually, you do not have to spend time filling in double fields, but the previously entered data will be transferred automatically.

Data is ONLY transferred to CV Online and Recrur job advertisement! The data is not automatically transferred to the CV Bankas and CV Market job advertisement!

Then you can start filling in additional data fields, and there is an option to fill in the fields in parallel in two languages at the same time by selecting "Add data in another language" on the right.

When the necessary data have been entered, click "Create new job" and the job has been created. Then there is an opportunity to start creating job advertisements for the job.

From the job view it is possible to add viewers ja evaluators. Those users can only view on evaluate candidates for this competition!  From the candidate's activity view, it is possible to select the phase that allows the selected users to either view or evaluate the candidate.
