How to view candidates under one job?

In order to process the candidates information and deal with them comfortably, there is a so-called "activity view" under each job.

The view is primarily intended so that if there are several candidates under the job, whose profile has not yet been reviewed, it would be convenient to view them in sequence and assess their suitability.

1. Open the job, which candidates you want to view.

2. Scroll down to the candidates and select one candidate whose activity you want to see.

3. Press the "Action" button and select "View activity"

4. The system directs you to the candidate's activity view - this is the view that applies specifically to the selected candidate within the selected job. In other words - if the same candidate also applied for another job, this view does not contain the information of other jobs, only the information of one specific job (phases, documents, etc.) - in order to get an overview of exactly what the candidate submitted in the framework of this job and in which phases.

5. For convenient movement between candidates, there are arrows at the top edge - you can use them to move between candidates under the same competition and view them in sequence:

Under the job you can also rate the candidates. You can see your rating and the ratings of your colleagues. A combined rating is displayed on the candidates profile.

If you click on the candidate's name, instead of activity view from actions, candidate's general profile will open. There, you can see the application history, all submitted documents, and see the candidate's detailed information, including gender and recommender. 

That profile is only visible to admin users and recruiter users. Client role users don't have access to the profile!
